Shipping & Delivery

Where we ship
We deliver across all 25 provinces of Cambodia. International shipping is available to Thailand, Vietnam, Laos, Singapore and Malaysia — please contact us for a quote before placing the order.
Delivery times
Phnom Penh: 1–2 business days. Provinces: 2–5 business days. International: 7–14 business days. Orders placed after 4pm or on Sundays are processed the next business day.
Shipping rates
Phnom Penh: $1.50 flat. Other provinces: $2.50–$4.00 depending on weight. FREE shipping on every order over $50 within Cambodia. International rates are calculated at checkout.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, we send a Telegram or SMS notification with the courier name and tracking reference. You can also view live status from your account page.
Returns & exchanges
Books may be returned within 7 days of delivery if unopened and in original condition. Damaged or incorrect items are replaced free of charge — just send us a photo within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Lost or delayed packages
If your order has not arrived within the expected window, contact us and we'll investigate with the courier immediately. Lost packages are reshipped or refunded in full.
